Construction Supervisor

📍 Location: Houston, TX (NASA Johnson Space Center)
💼 Schedule: Full-Time, Monday – Friday (with overtime as needed)
💲 Pay: $95k–$105k DOE

About the Role

We’re seeking a Construction Supervisor to oversee commercial building projects at NASA Johnson Space Center. The right candidate will bring hands-on commercial construction experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to keep projects safe, on time, and within budget.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise and coordinate daily on-site construction activities.

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project standards.

• Monitor schedules, budgets, and progress.

• Lead and support field crews, subcontractors, and vendors.

• Maintain communication with management and stakeholders.

• Review drawings (architectural, mechanical, electrical) for compliance.

• Prepare and submit project status reports.

What We’re Looking For

• Commercial building construction experience required.

• Degree in Construction Management OR 10 years of construction experience.

• Ability to read/interpret blueprints and specifications.

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and cost control.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and effective leader.

• Must pass background check and drug screen; valid driver’s license required.

• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required for NASA site access.

Bonus Points

• Certified Construction Manager (CCM).

• Prior experience supervising industrial or government construction projects.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
