Service (Maintenance) Manager

What You’ll Do

The Service Manager (Maintenance) is responsible for performing and overseeing the day-to-day maintenance operations of the assigned property to ensure that the overall physical aspects of the property meet the Company’s established standards and any applicable laws.

Your day-to-day may include:

• Schedule, monitor, and/or perform preventative maintenance at assigned property
• Coordinate the day-to-day maintenance operations of the property
• Direct and supervise daily activities of the maintenance team, such as planning and preparing work schedules, assigning tasks, delegating work, monitoring progress and workflow, reviewing work for timeliness and accuracy, and appraising work performance
• Train and coach all maintenance team members

What You Bring

• 3 years of property management, facilities management, or maintenance leadership experience.
• Knowledge of residential property operations, building systems, and preventive maintenance programs.
• Experience supervising maintenance technicians, vendors, and contractors.
• Understanding of Fair Housing laws, landlord-tenant regulations, and OSHA safety requirements.
• Strong budgeting, purchasing, and inventory management skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

The expected compensation range for this position is $31.00 – $33.00, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
