A respected and growing community association law practice in San Diego is seeking an attorney to join its collaborative legal team. This opportunity offers a unique blend of transactional/corporate counsel responsibilities and litigation work representing homeowners associations and Boards of Directors.
The role is expected to consist of approximately 70–80% transactional and advisory work and 20–30% litigation responsibilities. Attorneys in this position advise clients regarding governance matters, contracts, compliance issues, CC&Rs, bylaws, and community association operations while also assisting with litigation strategy, motion practice, hearings, mediations, and dispute resolution.
HOA or community association experience is preferred but not required. Strong litigation experience, sound judgment, communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively are highly valued.
Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation range starting around $110,000 with flexibility up to $200,000 depending on experience

Candidate Requirements
- Active California Bar license and good standing required
- Litigation experience strongly preferred

- Open to junior through senior-level attorneys
