As several senior partners begin transitioning toward retirement, the firm is strategically seeking a Lateral Partner with a complementary civil practice area to help support the next generation of firm leadership and continued growth.
This opportunity is designed for an attorney seeking more than simply a platform for an existing practice. Candidate Profile
- 7 years of relevant civil practice experience strongly preferred
- Slightly less experience may be considered for exceptional candidates
- Established or developing book of business, approximately $200k preferred
- Desire and ability to grow practice toward $500k annually
- Subject matter expertise in a complementary practice area
- Texas Bar license in good standing required
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and business development skills preferred
- Interest in long-term succession and firm leadership opportunities is highly valued
Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation based on a percentage of collections
- A hybrid compensation structure may be available for the right candidate
