A nationally respected construction and labor litigation practice is seeking a mid-to-senior level Construction Litigation Attorney to join its California-based team.
What You’ll Do
Handle litigation from discovery through resolution
Work on mechanics liens, stop notices, and surety claims
Support and collaborate on complex multi-party disputes
Participate in motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation
Develop case strategy with sophisticated contractor clients
Qualifications
5–10 years of construction litigation experience (contractor-side)
Active California license
Strong research, writing, and motion practice skills
Experience with lien, delay, and surety matters
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $150,000 – $250,000 DOE
Bonus: $5,000 – $50,000 discretionary

Work Environment
Hybrid schedule with Los Angeles preference
Billable target: 1,800 hours (flexible to 1,600)
