Now Hiring: Experienced Commercial Journeyman Plumber
Mission Plumbing & Heating is looking for a skilled Commercial Journeyman Plumber who knows the trade, takes pride in quality workmanship, and can run commercial projects from start to finish.
We’re not looking for someone who needs to be told every step—we’re looking for a plumber who can read plans, solve problems, lead a crew, and get the job done right the first time.
Responsibilities
Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and engineered drawings.
Install commercial plumbing systems in accordance with Colorado Plumbing Code.
Lead commercial projects while coordinating with project managers, superintendents, inspectors, and other trades.
Lay out and install underground water, sanitary sewer, vent, storm, and natural gas piping.
Install water heaters, boilers, fixtures, trim, and specialty plumbing equipment.
Diagnose problems and provide practical field solutions.
Perform pressure testing, inspections, and final system startups.
Train and mentor apprentices while maintaining high workmanship standards.
Operate excavators, skid steers, and other jobsite equipment when needed.
Keep jobs organized with daily reports, site photos, and material tracking.
Qualifications
Colorado Journeyman Plumbing License (preferred).
5 years of commercial plumbing experience.
Strong knowledge of the Colorado Plumbing Code.
Able to work independently with little supervision.
Experience managing commercial projects and leading crews.
Ability to read and build directly from blueprints.
Experience with underground plumbing, rough-in, finish work, and equipment installation.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Professional attitude, dependable, and committed to producing quality work.
