What This Role Owns
- End-to-end delivery of all Capital & Denovo IT deployments
- Deployment scheduling, prioritization, and resource allocation
- Management of schedule volatility (COO, construction, vendor dependencies)
- Team leadership and performance of deployment engineers
- Escalation management and decision-making for high-risk projects
- Lead execution of complex, multi-site IT deployments tied to Denovo and capital initiatives
- Own and continuously adjust deployment schedules based on readiness and business priorities
- Manage and develop a team of deployment engineers, ensuring accountability and performance
- Partner with Program Manager to align deployment schedules with site readiness and construction timelines
- Identify and mitigate risks related to COO delays, ISP readiness, and vendor dependencies
- Drive alignment with Real Estate, Construction, and Denovo stakeholders
- Manage escalations and remove blockers impacting deployment timelines
- Ensure deployments align with architectural standards and enterprise expectations
- 5 years in IT infrastructure, deployment, or field operations
- 2 years in leadership or team management
- Experience managing complex, multi-site or construction-driven deployments
- Strong understanding of networking, endpoint, and infrastructure environments
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in fast-changing environments
- Experience in healthcare, retail, or multi-site expansion environments
- Familiarity with ServiceNow and RMM tools (e.g.,NinjaOne)
- Experience working with third-party field service providers
- On-time delivery of Capital & Denovo deployments
- Reduction in deployment reschedules due to readiness issues
- Effective management of schedule volatility and project risk
- Balanced engineerutilizationand team health
- Stakeholder satisfaction (Denovo / Real Estate teams)
