Overview
The Digital Marketing Coordinator plays a key supporting role on the Enterprise Marketing team, helping execute day-to-day digital marketing tasks that power our multi-channel paid media, SEO, and web operations. This position is ideal for an early-career marketer who’s detail-oriented, eager to learn, and excited to work across paid media, organic content, and website optimization at scale.
You’ll work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and the Web & SEO Manager to ensure campaigns, website content, tracking, and reporting run smoothly across our 850 hospital locations hospital locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in launching and maintaining paid search, paid social, display, and other digital campaigns.
- Perform regular campaign hygiene tasks (UTM checks, QA, creative swaps, budget pacing pulls, radii audits, naming convention cleanup, etc.).
- Help execute on-page SEO updates (meta descriptions, title tags, H1/H2 structure, alt text, internal linking, etc.) across hospital websites.
- Assist the Web & SEO Manager in creating, updating, and QA’ing website forms, location pages, service pages, and landing pages.
- Support local search efforts through ongoing listings (GBP, Meta, Apple, etc.) optimizations and data updates.
- Assist in building, organizing, and distributing monthly social media toolkits and content calendars for hospitals.
- Maintain dashboards and trackers, ensuring clean data and consistent formatting.
- Flag trends, performance spikes, and potential issues to the Digital Marketing Manager.
- Partner with creative, field marketing, analytics, and operations teams on ongoing initiatives.
- Maintain organized documentation for processes, naming conventions, trackers, and audits.
Support the Marketing team on ad hoc projects, seasonal campaigns, and enterprise launches.
