Located in the charming community of Hillsborough, NC, Piedmont Veterinary Clinic is an established presence in a region known for its deep history. Operating out of our facility at 210 Millstone Drive, you will enjoy consistent operating hours—Monday through Friday until 5:30 PM, and Saturday mornings—allowing you dedicated time to enjoy the region. Your Impact as a Crematory Technician

• Transport: You will pickup and return remains from hospitals.
• Documentation and Handling: You will tag, label, and document in all logs to ensure precision and accuracy.
• Create Lasting Keepsakes for Families: You will process ashes, prepare urns, craft nameplates, and complete certificates for each pet.
• Be a Trusted Point of Contact: You will manage all incoming calls coming into the crematory.
• Uphold a Clean and Respectful Environment: You will maintain the crematory to the highest standards, ensuring a clean, orderly, and respectful space at all times.
  
  

What You'll Bring to the Team

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1 years of prior Veterinary industry experience is required.
• A compassionate and steady presence, with the ability to manage stressful and emotional situations with good judgment and composure.
• The physical and mental capacity to thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment, including the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Confident computer skills, including a working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong communication skills with a positive, caring, and compassionate nature.
• A valid Driver's License in good standing with a good driving record.
