We’re seeking a detail-oriented and strategically minded Project Estimator-Cost Analyst to support accurate costing, project planning, and operational decision-making. This role is essential in creating pricing for our internal stakeholders and our refresh lines. You also play a key part in evaluating material and labor requirements, managing bill of materials (BOM), and leveraging ERP systems to ensure financial clarity for the fabrication team. The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of manufacturing workflows, cost structures, and thrives on transforming technical data into insights and understanding.
As an Estimator, you work to understand the unique project requirements, whether it is a whole project, a change order, or a step in our process by visualizing the steps and putting time and materials on paper to that vision.

General
As Estimator-Cost Analyst, You Will
- Estimate projects for materials, labor, and overhead using standardized models and historical data
- Create and manage Bills of Materials (BOMs) in alignment with engineering, production, and procurement teams
- Utilize ERP systems to maintain up-to-date cost structures, routings, and item data; ensure alignment with real-time inventory and production schedules
- Analyze actual vs. estimated costs, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and operations teams to translate concepts into cost-effective plans
- Support quoting and pricing strategies for custom and repeat projects
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to costing accuracy, BOM management, and ERP workflows
- Maintain project related documentation including estimates and specifications.
- Provide sales with technical knowledge if needed
- Aid in the development of best practices for the department, contribute ideas for accomplishing team goals and strategies
- Work on long-term projects such as price standardization, standard procedures, new product pricing and annual reviews

- Education: College Degree in Business Management, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field is preferred
- Experience:
- Experience Estimating in a custom fabrication and/or manufacturing environment
- Understanding of mechanical systems and knowledge relating to cabinet building
- Knowledge with ERP systems
- Performance: Able and willing to provide world-class service to all stakeholders
- Demonstrated strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and competing priorities
- Comfortable with recruitment software and sourcing tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary & Benefits
- 80 PTO hours available after the first 60 days of service
- Medical insurance – 100% employer contribution, participating plans

- 401K – 120 days eligibility is fully vested with up to a 4% match
- Weekly payday, every Friday
- Quarterly profit sharing, up to 20% of annual wages.
- Starting salary $70,000 - $90,000
