What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shift Manager-Laser Tag / Family Entertainment Facility position at Mission Laser Tag?
We are looking for a high energy and reliable supervisor that is ready to make having fun their job. The right candidate will be responsible for guiding guest through an amazing customer experience from beginning to end. Our supervisors are able to excel in a fast paced team environment, have strong communication skills and enjoy interacting with people. (Applicant must be at least 18 years old.)
Additional responsibilities include:
✔ Store opening and closing duties.
✔ Daily reconciliation of paperwork and finances.
✔ Develop and coach the team on customer experience and provide balanced feedback.
✔ Respond to customer comments, questions and concerns with urgency and intention to delight.
✔ Ability to stand, walk and be on the go for long periods of time.
✔ Comfortable speaking in front of medium sized crowds.
✔ Handle inquiries for birthday parties, group events and special events.
✔ Check in parties, reservations and walk-in guests.
✔ Perform the role of party host ensuring that birthday guest expectations are exceeded.
✔ Complete cash transactions, answer incoming calls and make outgoing calls.
✔ Ensure a safe and clean environment.
✔ Complete other projects as assigned by the General Manager
