Role Description The Sales Account Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Richmond, VA, with a mix of on-site client visits in Fredericksburg, Mechanicsville, and Ashland. This role is responsible for building and maintaining long-term client relationships, serving as a primary point of contact for commercial property decision-makers, and promoting City Wide’s range of facility solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying new leads, conducting sales presentations, preparing proposals, and negotiating agreements that align with client needs and company standards. The Sales Account Manager will regularly follow up with clients to ensure service quality, address questions or concerns, and coordinate with internal teams and service providers to deliver effective maintenance solutions. The role also involves tracking account performance, meeting sales targets, and contributing to the overall growth of the Richmond market.
