- Board certified / board eligible in pediatrics
- This is primarily a Pediatric Hospitalist role with potential coverage with the Newborn Hospitalist service line, as needed

- 51-bed, Level-III NICU staffed by our Neonatology team
- 34 bed Mother Baby Unit
- 19 bed Pediatric Unit
- 9 Bed PICU staffed by our Pediatric Intensivist team
- Opportunity to work with MAHEC Family Medicine Residents and UNC Medical Students
- Strong MFM program and new MFM Fellowship; good relationships with OBs and MAHEC OB/GYN Residency
- An average of 3,000 patient admissions to our pediatric inpatient units
- Approximately 4000 deliveries per year
- Approximately 4,500 pediatric surgeries, and 14,000 pediatric visits to our emergency department per year
- Dedicated infant transport team serving a 55-county area
