Higher Ground Pediatric Therapy is seeking a highly-motivated, personable Occupational Therapist and/or Occupational Therapy Assistant with pediatric experience preferred. We are a dynamic team of therapists, providing OT, PT, and SLP services to our wonderful Asheville-area families! We seek individuals for our team who demonstrate up-tone personalities and are able to work cooperatively with other team members. Personal requirements include compassion and empathy toward others, an ability to bring out the best in others, a great sense of humor, and an understanding of the challenges that families with special needs children experience. Team members must have excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, in order to interact effectively with a variety of clients and caregivers.
