CarePartners is seeking an advanced practice provider to join our 27-bed hospice inpatient unit, Solace Center. The candidate will partner with our skilled interdisciplinary team (including a supervising physician) to provide high- quality end-of-life care to patients and their families in our beautiful facility in Asheville, North Carolina.
Qualified Candidates:
- Completion of an accredited nurse practitioner or physician assistant program with appropriate certification exams
- At least 1 year of practice experience or significant prior experience with end-of-life care
- While experience in hospice or palliative medicine is preferred, experience in geriatrics, oncology, SNFs, primary care or internal medicine is welcome
- Ability to work days with 2 weekends/month; flexible scheduling
- Please note that this position does not offer visa support
