Duties
- Oversee daily operations of after-school care programs, ensuring compliance with safety and educational standards
- Supervise and support program staff, providing guidance on curriculum delivery, child supervision, and classroom management
- Develop innovative educational activities and enrichment programs that promote social, emotional, and academic development
- Manage administrative tasks using educational administrative software to track attendance, incident reports, and program documentation
- Coordinate with school administrators, teachers, and families to ensure seamless communication and program alignment
- Lead staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated team environment
- Ensure a safe environment by implementing health protocols, conducting safety audits, and responding effectively to emergencies
Requirements
- Teaching experience or background in education administration at the university or school level
- Proven experience in school administrative leadership or as a school experience director within early childhood or after-school settings
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and educational administrative software systems
- Demonstrated ability to supervise staff effectively while managing personnel in an educational context
- Experience developing engaging programs tailored for children in early childhood or school-aged groups
- Excellent writing skills for preparing reports, communications, and program documentation
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining a positive team atmosphere
- Prior experience working with students in early childhood education centers or after-school programs is highly desirable

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
