Role Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Senior Technical Business Analyst to join our team in San Diego, CA. This is a full-time, on-site role that involves analyzing business requirements, collaborating across departments, and ensuring the successful delivery of technical solutions. The role includes overseeing the evaluation, implementation, and optimization of systems and processes, gathering and documenting requirements, and serving as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams. The analyst will also focus on continuously improving business processes and addressing technical challenges through effective problem-solving and communication.
Qualifications
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in business analysis tools, system implementation, and technical troubleshooting.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to conduct data analysis, identify business requirements, and optimize processes for efficiency.
- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
