Enterprise Data & Analytics Data Architect

Mission Fed is seeking an Enterprise Data and Analytics Data Architect to lead the technical direction of our Enterprise Data & Analytics team. • Lead with Expertise: Set the technical vision for our data systems using Microsoft’s stack—SQL Server, SSIS/ADF, SSRS, Power BI—and Azure cloud services.
• Modernize & Innovate: Spearhead the migration and transformation of legacy systems to Azure, leveraging tools like Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse, and Apache Spark.
• Mentor & Guide: Support and coach developers, data engineers, and BI professionals to elevate team performance.
• Architect & Build: Design robust data models, develop efficient ETL pipelines, and create intuitive dashboards and reports.
• Ensure Excellence: Oversee code reviews, source control, and deployment processes to maintain high standards and system integrity.
• Support & Troubleshoot: Provide hands-on support for production systems, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
• Stay Ahead: Keep up with the latest trends in data engineering, BI, cloud computing, and decision intelligence
  
  

Here is what we are looking for:

Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience:

• 8–10 years in OLAP/OLTP database engineering and design
• 8 years with SSIS or Azure Data Factory for ETL
• 8 years with SSRS and Power BI for enterprise reporting
• Deep expertise in SQL Server (2016 ) and Azure data services
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Bonus: Experience with Python, PowerShell, C#, .NET, and web/data science development.

Base Pay/Salary: *$120,000 - $140,000 per year

• Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
