Job requirements:
Must be a US Citizen or authorized to work in the US.
Previous construction experience is preferred
Ability to perform tasks involving physical labor at project construction sites
Candidates may be subject to background checks and drug tests, if required by Project Job Site.
2 years of metal building or steel erection experience preferred.
Ability to read blueprints and work at heights.
-Rigging Certification / Rigger Certification Card preferred.
OSHA 10 or 30 preferred.
Strong mechanical aptitude and physical ability.
Reliable transportation and ability to work 40 hours per
Job responsibilities and description:
Working alongside contractors and other construction workers at a job site
Assemble and erect PEMB structures, steel framing for cooling pipes
Read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
Bolt, and secure structural components.
Safely operate lifts, hoists, cranes, and power tools.
Perform rigging tasks and follow all OSHA safety standards.
Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet deadlines.
Cleaning areas where your trade will be working.
Required to work weekends or overtime depending on the needs of the jobsite you are actively working at.
Installing high-density ceiling grid systems in a variety of different settings
Various duties or tasks relating to your trade's scope of work assigned by Senior Superintendent or Project Manager
Duties may include using specialist tools provided to you by MCIS.
Job details:
- Starting pay at $25.00 per hour (depending on experience)
-guaranteed 40 hours of work

- Field-based role with frequent standing, walking, and outdoor work at heights
- Must be able to wear required PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, high-vis vest, gloves, etc.)
