We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all supplies are stocked and readily available.
- Engage with customers, providing recommendations and answering any questions regarding the drink menu.
- Process transactions accurately using a cash register or Aloha POS system.
- Monitor customer consumption levels to ensure responsible service of alcohol.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service as needed.
- Uphold all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of food and beverages.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a nightclub or fine dining environment is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during busy periods.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Familiarity with cash registers and point-of-sale systems, SPOT ON POS, is advantageous.
- A background in food service or hospitality is a plus, contributing to an understanding of overall guest satisfaction.
