Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide detailed descriptions of menu items to enhance their dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as TOAST
• Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring proper presentation, food safety, and sanitation standards are upheld
• Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction
• Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to maintain smooth operations

Requirements

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters guest loyalty
• Ability to handle food safely, follow sanitation protocols, and perform basic math for cash handling and billing purposes
• Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy service hours
• Previous experience in serving, bussing, or host/hostess roles is highly desirable
• Knowledge of the food industry standards related to food preparation, food safety, and guest relations
