Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Server to join our team (Thurs & Friday nights weekly, with availability to fill in on occasional Wednesdays & Saturdays) and support the day-to-day operations of our restaurant and catering business. This will start as a seasonal job (through October 1st) with option to continue depending on the fit.
This is a role for someone with strong hospitality experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for hospitality. You’ll be instrumental in maintaining high service standards, helping with daily FOH operations and ensuring a seamless dining experience for every guest. The ideal candidate is confident, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing excellent service.

We are a small, upscale restaurant with a strong focus on hospitality, quality, and consistency. We take pride in delivering an exceptional guest experience through attentive service, consistently great food with a changing menu, and a welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
As a server you will be responsible for a varying number of tables, ranging between 15-20 guests at any given time. You will manage your section of the dining room and help maintain our high standards in a fast-paced environment. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in our team, offering high-quality service while providing guests with memorable dining experiences.
This is a part-time position for Thursday & Friday nights, starting 4pm - close. Compensation is combination of hourly tips. Room to grow! Current restaurant hours: 5pm-9pm Thursday, Friday, Saturday. Typically FOH staff is out the door no later than 11/11:30.

- Serve on the floor during restaurant and private event service
- Become familiar and comfortable with the menu, wine, beer, cocktail and after dinner drink list
- Take part in daily pre-shift meetings and ensure team preparedness
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen, bar, and management teams
- Monitor table service timing, quality, and guest satisfaction Assist as needed in guest greeting/seating, food running, bussing, and pacing of service (no job is too small for all of us!)
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of dining room and service stations
- Some experience in full-service restaurants required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of Southeast Asian dishes and ingredients a plus
- Bar and/or wine knowledge is a plus, but not required
- Be part of a close-knit team that values quality and care
