Position: Toddler Teacher
Pay Rate: Starting from $11.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Requirements
The Toddler Teacher is responsible for coordinating the curriculum, and managing the day-to-day operational activities of the classroom. Teachers must understand children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development to ensure a safe and stimulating classroom environment where children are actively engaged and encouraged to succeed.
Minimum Qualifications:
- CDA, TCC, and ECE credits to qualify for Lead Teacher
- Associate's Degree in early childhood education or related field of study with a minimum of 30 Credits in ECE preferred
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and implementing educational curriculum
- Establish and maintain an environment for children that is clean, safe, stimulating, and appropriate for each child’s developmental level.
- Meet and maintain licensing requirements for ratio.
- Interacts with children in accordance with developmentally appropriate practices.
- Leading by example and encouraging teaching team success
- Planning individual and group age-appropriate activities
- Maintaining frequent communication with parents
- Ensuring all center policies and state regulations are met
- Supervising teacher assistants and classroom volunteers
- Maintaining accurate records and files
- Continuing personal and professional development for continuous quality improvement
