**Competitive Salary: $36.00 - $40.00/hr**

**#INDNURSING**
**Responsibilities: **
- Under the direct supervision of the RN, assist in care planning and treatments for residents and consult with other nursing staff as needed.
- Demonstrate the basic knowledge and skills required to care for the assigned patient population.
- Review patient medical records to ensure that nursing practices are within state and federal guidelines.
- Document care provided and report any changes in patient status to the shift supervisor.
- Review all referrals for consultation and treatment to ensure they are valid and applicable to the documented nursing plans.
- Seek opportunities for professional growth and take on additional responsibilities to maintain competency levels.
- Set and implement goals and policies consistent with the philosophy and purpose of Miss Bright Homecare.
**Qualifications: **
- Must hold an active LPN license issued in the state of Maryland.
- One year of nursing experience preferred.
- A team player with a strong work ethic and a willingness to assist where needed.
- Must possess a current CPR certification.
- Ability to demonstrate effective interpersonal communication with all personnel, residents, and families.
