We’re Hiring: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Home Health Care
Maryland / Full-Time / Part-Time / Per Diem

What You’ll Do:
- Deliver personalized nursing care based on individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments under RN supervision
- Monitor patient health and report changes to the care team
- Maintain clear, accurate documentation
- Build meaningful relationships with clients and their families
What You’ll Need:
- Valid LPN license in the state of Maryland
- CPR certification
- 2 years of experience as an LPN
- Prior home health experience is a plus—but not required
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Strong clinical judgment and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and confidently in the home setting
- Be able to pass a criminal background check
