Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, with experience in diagnosing and resolving vehicle issues. Responsibilities

• Perform thorough diagnostics on vehicles to identify issues and determine necessary repairs.
• Execute automotive repairs including but not limited to powertrain, transmissions, and electrical systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and alignments.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various repair tasks.
• Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot complex automotive systems.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their vehicle's needs.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow in the shop.

Skills

• Proficient in automotive diagnostics and troubleshooting techniques.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive repair.
• Experience using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance practices and procedures.
• Familiarity with automotive electrical systems, including wiring diagrams and schematics.
• Skills in diesel engine repair and welding are advantageous.
• Previous service technician experience is highly valued.

Pay: $ $35.00 per hour
