Field Representative (traveling and in office)

Salary: $31,200 - $45,000 per year

Job Summary:
The Field Representative will serve as a key liaison between clients, vendors, and the company, managing facility maintenance projects across various locations. This role involves traveling nationwide to meet with clients and oversee service delivery, including landscaping, snow removal, and other maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of landscaping and snow removal operations, experience managing teams of employees, and the ability to build strong business relationships. The position requires a proactive approach to client needs, vendor management, and process improvement to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
Maintain and develop strong relationships with current clients by understanding their facility needs related to landscaping, snow removal, and general maintenance. Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely and accurate completion of work.
Travel nationwide to meet with clients and vendors in person, representing the company professionally while building positive working relationships.
Assist account leadership in developing strategic plans across a client portfolio, serving as the primary contact for client needs.
Promote business growth opportunities through field marketing efforts and client engagement.
Source vendor partners for scheduled projects and additional work orders related to landscaping, snow removal, or other maintenance services.
Manage vendor performance by partnering with upper management, verifying billing accuracy, and ensuring profit margins are maintained.
Supervise and coordinate employee teams involved in landscaping, snow removal, and other maintenance activities.
Evaluate business processes related to field operations, identify areas for improvement, and develop solutions to enhance efficiency.
Travel part-time for on-site meetings with clients and vendors; when not traveling, work from the office utilizing computer skills for communication and relationship management.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year experience in account management or maintenance roles preferred.
Knowledge of landscaping practices, snow removal procedures, and team management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
Effective verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
Leadership ability to influence teams and manage projects effectively.
Willingness to travel 3-4 days per week with overnight stays as necessary.
Experience operating equipment related to landscaping or snow removal is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
