NextStep Solutions Therapy, LLC, a division of Miriam Skydell and Associates, LLC, is a pediatric therapy agency that provides contracted Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, and Physical Therapists to schools throughout New Jersey and, now, Florida. Miriam Skydell has been contracting therapists to schools for over 25 years. Both Miriam Skydell and Associates, LLC and NextStep Solutions Therapy, LLC are small, personalized agencies that value our therapists’ time and are committed to providing a supportive and professional experience.
All of our contracts are paid by the hour, regardless of student presence, and all positions are paid on a 1099 basis.

We have an OT position available at a Public school in Chipley, Florida.
Details are as follows:
- Duration: Starting ASAP – May 27, 2027
- Days and Hours: 5 days a week, 7 hour a day (Lunch is unpaid)
- Rate: $65.00 per hour
- Details: Services are needed for approximately 110 students. No specific diagnoses.
- Ages: Pk-11
