Miraval servers are the ambassadors of Miraval for our restaurant guests. These individuals guide our guests through the Miraval food philosophy through visual cues, authentic connections, and menu knowledge. Servers should be proactive, organized, outgoing, knowledgeable, and friendly.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Ensure that all server stations are properly stocked before, during, and after service
• Ensure that the assigned station is clean, organized, and set properly
• Professionally communicate with fellow colleagues and integrated departments
• Follow the Harvest Moon Sequence of Service to ensure guests needs are met in a timely manner
• Provide detailed dietary knowledge of menu items including allergen information
• Communicate with MOD to ensure guests are receiving safe and timely service
• Provide genuine connections with our guests
• Be able to speak to Miraval activities and programs on property
• Complete all assigned side work
• Assume the duties of support staff during low occupancy shifts
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and decorum
• Follow and abide by the instructions of the Harvest Moon leadership team

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years and older
• Minimum of 6 months of server experience
• Ability to work extended hours on your feet
• Ability to carry up to 25lbs at one time
• Interpersonal skills for genuine, fluid communication with guests and staff
• Availability must include weekends
