SUMMARY
A Retail Associate is responsible for assisting guests as they shop in our boutiques.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Welcoming and engaging with guests as they enter the store
Assessing guests needs
Working with cash registers and processing payments
Attaining sales goals
Communicating about sales and promotions
Using upselling techniques to increase store sales
Cleaning and restocking the store throughout the day, before opening and after closing

Qualifications
Qualification Requirements:

- Knowledge of Resort Suite – training to be provided
- Basic math skills
- Ability to use a cash register
- Possess a strong level of professionalism while at work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Approaches challenging guest interactions with calm presence, empathy, and thoughtful communication.
Previous Retail experience preferred
Education and Experience:
- High School Education
- 1 Year Retail Experience preferred
