Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized wound care treatment plans for our residents
• Provide wound care services, including dressing changes, wound cleansing, and debridement
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication
• Perform routine assessments and monitor wound progress
• Educate residents and their families on wound care and self-care techniques
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of wound care services
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Current RN license in the state of Florida
• 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
