We are seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Supervisor to lead our team of skilled nurses and rehabilitation staff in our 3p-11p weekday shift. As a valued member of our Unity Health and Rehabilitation Center family, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our patients, while fostering a positive and supportive work environment.

About the Role:

• RN Supervisor: You will oversee the daily activities of our rehabilitation team, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of excellent patient care. Your exceptional leadership skills and clinical expertise will be instrumental in maintaining high standards of care, patient satisfaction, and staff performance.
• Weekday Shift: You will work from 3p-11p, Monday to Friday, with a focus on providing continuity of care and collaborating with our in-house therapy team to develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans.
• Unity Health and Rehabilitation Center: Our state-of-the-art facility is designed to provide a safe, comfortable, and engaging environment for our patients. Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the rehabilitation program, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and organizational standards
• Collaborate with the therapy team to develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans
• Provide guidance and support to rehabilitation staff, ensuring excellent patient care and satisfaction
• Monitor and report on patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
• Foster a positive and supportive work environment, promoting open communication and teamwork
