Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to residents, including assessments, treatments, and medications
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Monitor and report patient progress and any changes in condition
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and communication
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida
- 1 years of experience preferred
- Ability to work part-time (days) schedule
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of rehabilitation care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- $31 - $34 hourly
