Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of residents' physical and cognitive abilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address residents' goals and needs
- Provide occupational therapy interventions, including but not limited to, range of motion exercises, strengthening and stretching techniques, and cognition and memory exercises
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate records of treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident progress and needs
