Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff to ensure that residents receive the highest quality of care and services
- Develop and implement effective policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Conduct regular rounds to observe and assess the quality of care being provided and make recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement initiatives to improve resident outcomes and customer satisfaction
- Participate in the hiring, training, and development of nursing staff to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and services
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Florida
- At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a skilled facility setting
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with residents, families, and staff
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
