Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to residents with a focus on individualized treatment plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered by physicians and according to established protocols
- Monitor vital signs, report changes, and implement interventions as necessary
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
- Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Florida
- 1 year of experience preferred, but we will consider new graduates
