Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the environmental services department, including housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance staff
• Develop and implement departmental policies, procedures, and standards to ensure optimal efficiency and quality of service
• Plan, organize, and direct the cleaning and maintenance of patient rooms, common areas, and equipment
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including infection control, HIPAA, and OSHA standards
• Coordinate and participate in quality improvement initiatives, trending, and reporting
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional resident care
  
  
  

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in a healthcare environment, preferably in an environmental services leadership role
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a diverse team
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
