Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve meals and snacks to residents in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to strict sanitation and hygiene standards
• Assist with food inventory management, ordering, and receiving supplies
• Collaborate with the dietary team to plan and prepare special meals for residents with dietary restrictions or needs
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and healthcare staff
• Demonstrate a commitment to patient-centered care, prioritizing the needs and preferences of each resident
• Perform other related duties as assigned
  
  
  

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in food service or dietary aid role in a skilled nursing facility
• Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift, pull, and push food carts and supplies, and stand for long periods
