- Plan and implement activities that promote socialization, recreation, and fulfillment among residents, including arts and crafts, games, exercise programs, andentertainment events
- Develop and maintain relationships with residents, ensuring their needs and preferences are met
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to identify and address resident care needs and concerns
- Conduct assessments to identify resident interests and abilities, and develop individualized activity plans
- Maintain accurate records and reports of activities, including participation rates and resident feedback
- Assist with resident transportation to off-site activities and appointments
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities to stay current on best practices and industry trends
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- CNA license
- 1 years of experience in the senior care industry or related field
- Ability to work flexible weekend schedules
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
