Multi-Site Leasing Specialist – Charlotte, NC
Miramar Capital’s in-house management division, Reliance Management Solutions (“RMS”), is a rapidly growing, institutional property manager focused primarily on rental townhome communities in Tennessee and the Carolinas. We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Leasing Specialist to support leasing operations across three Build-to-Rent townhome communities in the Charlotte market.
This role supports stabilized and lease-up communities and is ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving occupancy growth.
Position Summary
The Leasing Specialist is responsible for managing the prospect journey from initial inquiry through move-in while supporting resident retention efforts and maintaining a best-in-class customer experience. The ideal candidate is organized, energetic, and skilled at building relationships while balancing the demands of multiple communities.
Responsibilities
- Manage leasing activities across three Build-to-Rent townhome communities.
- Respond promptly to phone, email, website, and walk-in inquiries.
- Conduct engaging property tours and effectively showcase community amenities and available homes.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain a consistent lead management process.
- Convert leads into leases while meeting occupancy goals.
- Process applications and prepare lease documents accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate move-ins and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new residents.
- Support resident retention and renewal efforts.
- Assist with outreach marketing initiatives, resident events, and social media campaigns.
- Maintain model homes, amenity spaces, and vacant homes to company standards.
- Work closely with maintenance and operations teams to ensure homes are move-in ready.
- Maintain accurate records and reporting within property management software and CRM systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service and represent the company professionally.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of multifamily, Build-to-Rent, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
- Previous experience working in lease-up communities preferred.
- Proven ability to build relationships and close leases.
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize and effectively manage responsibilities across multiple communities.
- Experience with Yardi, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office preferred.
- Weekend availability required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
