Senior Applied Scientist | Consumer Applied AI & Personalization
Remote (US) | Up to $210,000 10% bonus
We’re partnering with a global consumer technology business to scale a high-impact Applied AI team building production systems used by millions of customers worldwide.
This role sits at the heart of how AI drives personalization, pricing optimization, fraud prevention, and customer journey intelligence across a large digital subscription platform.
You’ll own Applied ML end to end, from experimentation and modeling through to real-world deployment and measurable commercial impact.
If you’ve built ML that directly moves revenue, engagement, and customer experience in B2C environments, this is a rare opportunity to do it at serious scale.
What you’ll be working on
- Personalization and recommendation systems powering digital journeys
- Dynamic pricing and offer optimization models
- Churn and propensity modeling for subscription products
- Consumer journey optimization using experimentation frameworks
- Applied deep learning and optimization techniques
- Reinforcement learning and decision systems (nice to have)
- Using GenAI tools to accelerate model development and experimentation
This is production AI with real ownership and business outcomes.
You’ll be a great fit if you have:
- 6-8 years in Applied AI or Machine Learning building production systems
- Strong experience in B2C, consumer tech, or digital subscription products
- Proven work in at least one of:
- Personalization and recommendations
- Pricing optimization and offers
- Churn and propensity modeling
- Strong Python, SQL, and modern ML frameworks
- Comfort working end to end from data to deployment to impact
- Bonus experience in reinforcement learning, optimization, or agentic systems
