Your Role
- Develop, test, and maintain machine learning models and analytical workflows
- Collaborate with project managers to refine technical specifications
- Build reproducible pipelines for data preparation, feature engineering, and model scoring
- Document modeling decisions and communicate results to non-technical audiences
- Ensure performance monitoring, versioning, and lifecycle management using MLOps best practices
- Support QA, compliance, and responsible AI efforts in all deliverables
Required Skills and Expereince
- 8 years in data science, machine learning, or analytics roles
- Proficient in Python, SQL, and data science libraries (scikit-learn, pandas, etc.)
- Experience with cloud environments like Databricks and execution workflows
- Familiarity with version control, experimentation tracking, and agile delivery
- Experience in the logistics and consumer products sector preferred"
- Python, GCP, Docker and containerization, existing code enhancement, and new model development.
Salary : $120,000 - $180,000
