Responsibilities
- Perform hand soldering and de-soldering of SMT and through-hole components.
- Conduct PCB re-work and repair activities using hot air/rework stations.
- Assemble, modify, and troubleshoot electronic boards and prototypes.
- Read and interpret schematics, BOMs, and assembly drawings.
- Support hardware validation, testing, and lab setup activities.
- Identify defective components and replace them accurately.
- Maintain ESD safety standards and lab equipment.
- Document rework, repair, and test results.
Required Skills
- Experience with soldering, PCB assembly, and electronic re-work.
- Hands-on experience with oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, and lab tools.
- Knowledge of SMT, BGA, and through-hole components.
- Familiarity with ESD handling procedures.
- Good debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced lab/manufacturing environment.
