Position Summary
We are seeking a TSM/Deficiency Records Administrator to support the Technical Support Management system, oversee deficiency record tracking, and assist during ship trial events for the U.S. Coast Guard Offshore Patrol Cutter (OPC) Program. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate records of trial cards, corrective actions, and quality deficiency documentation.
Responsibilities
- Serve as Local TSM Administrator (Security required)
- Manage deficiency records, trial cards, CARs, and QDRs
- Support dock trials, builder’s trials, and acceptance trials
- Maintain TSM system data integrity and reporting
- Track corrective actions and coordinate with engineering and QA teams
- Provide surge support during major trial events
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Security certification (required)
- 6 years’ Experience with technical data systems or deficiency tracking
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
Preferred
- Experience with ship trials or engineering change systems
Clearance
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
