Position Summary
We are seeking a SharePoint Technical & Data Management Specialist to support the U.S. Coast Guard Offshore Patrol Cutter (OPC) Program. This role develops SharePoint workflows, manages data repositories, and supports program documentation, metrics, and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain SharePoint workflows, dashboards, and automated processes
- Manage version-controlled program documents and historical data
- Perform data mining, research, and metric development
- Monitor SharePoint content and report issues
- Create reports, graphs, and presentations
- Track documentation, approvals, and clearance processes
- Support rapid-turnaround data calls
- Maintain financial tracking spreadsheets and task lists
- Attend meetings and provide SharePoint updates
Qualifications:
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 4 years of SharePoint development or web-based systems experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, and Power BI
- Experience with metrics, analysis, and trending
Preferred
- Experience supporting federal acquisition or shipbuilding programs
Clearance
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
