Position Summary
The Wing Readiness Manager supports deployment readiness for the 25th Attack Wing by tracking personnel, equipment, training, and reporting to ensure units are prepared for global operations.
*This position is contingent upon contract award. *
Essential Functions
- Prepare and process personnel for deployments and redeployments.
- Schedule and track pre-deployment training using ACES, SFMIS, and other readiness systems.
- Manage deployment equipment procurement, accountability, and distribution.
- Oversee readiness reporting in ART, DRRS, AF-IT, and DCAPES.
- Track TPFDD taskings and deployment timelines.
- Maintain mobility folders, ISOPREPs, and deployment documentation.
- Provide weekly deployed personnel status updates to leadership.
- Coordinate with CATM, CTO, AMC, and mobility support agencies.
- Support inspections, assessments, and readiness reviews.
- Train new ART monitors and ensure UCs/UAs complete required readiness courses.
- Prepare monthly readiness briefings and support updates to DOC statements, UTCs, METLs, and Named Operations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors in Business Management or related field.
- Active TS/SCI
- 4 years of experience in Air Force readiness, mobility, or deployment programs.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and coordinate across units.
