The Program Manager is a critical leadership role responsible for directing the full scope of contract operations and ensuring high-quality performance across all support areas. This position serves as the primary point of coordination with the U.S. Department of Energy and leads a diverse team of technical and administrative professionals to deliver consistent, reliable, and mission-focused support.

Leadership & Program Oversight
- Provide full-time, on-site leadership at the Hanford Field Office.
- Direct and support a diverse team of technical, administrative, and subject-matter experts.
- Serve as the primary point of coordination with DOE leadership, stakeholders, and partner organizations.
- Lead program planning, integration, performance monitoring, and issue resolution to ensure successful contract execution.
Contract Execution & Quality Assurance
- Ensure all work complies with DOE directives, regulatory requirements, and contract standards.
- Oversee schedules, staffing, risk management, and performance metrics across multiple functional areas.
- Review and validate deliverables, documentation, and reporting for accuracy, quality, and timeliness.
- Support transition activities, workforce planning, and overall organizational readiness.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Represent MIRACORP during DOE interviews, presentations, and program reviews.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with DOE, site contractors, and internal teams.
- Communicate program status, challenges, and solutions clearly and professionally to all stakeholders.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, management, or a related field.
- 10 years of experience leading federal, DOE, or large-scale government programs.
- Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams in complex operational environments.
- Strong understanding of program management, performance oversight, and federal contracting.
- Excellent communication, leadership presence, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DOE security clearance.
- Must reside within commuting distance of the Hanford Field Office or be willing to relocate.
Preferred
- Experience supporting DOE Environmental Management programs or Hanford Site operations.
- Familiarity with DOE directives, oversight processes, and contractor assurance systems.
- Prior experience serving as Key Personnel on a federal contract.
- Demonstrated success leading transition activities and establishing new program operations.
