Position Summary
We are hiring a Business & COR Support Specialist to provide acquisition, financial, and contract administration support to the U.S. Coast Guard Offshore Patrol Cutter (OPC) Program. This role assists the COR with cost/price analysis, IGCE development, contract documentation, and FAR/HSAM compliance.
Responsibilities
- Assist the COR with contract administration and documentation
- Support cost/price analysis, IGCE development, and market research
- Prepare discrepancy reports, CPARS inputs, and contract packages
- Track contract actions, deliverables, and financial documentation
- Support ECP processing, RFP development, and acquisition planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 4 years’ experience in federal contracting, business operations, or acquisition support
- Knowledge of FAR, HSAM, and contract documentation
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
Preferred
- Experience supporting CORs or program offices
Clearance
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
