Position Summary
The Project Manager III oversees the full lifecycle of construction and design projects, from planning through closeout. You’ll manage budgets, schedules, and contractor performance while serving as the on-site leader ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and successfully.
What You’ll Do
- Manage construction projects from concept through completion
- Oversee field operations and resolve day-to-day project challenges
- Manage scope, schedules, budgets, and contractor performance
- Review and approve designs, submittals, and cost estimates
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and contract requirements
- Coordinate with A/E firms, contractors, and stakeholders
- Support commissioning, punch lists, and project turnover
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree (or 10 years of experience)
- Strong construction/project management background
- Knowledge of building systems and construction methods
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience with project management and estimating tools
