Position Summary
The Wing Resource Advisor supports Wing financial operations by managing budgets, tracking spending, and helping leadership make informed financial decisions.
*This position is contingent upon contract award. *
Essential Functions
- Serve as a resource advisor and budget analyst for Wing financial operations.
- Support budget formulation, execution, and financial planning.
- Track obligations, expenditures, and funding requirements.
- Prepare financial reports, spreadsheets, and leadership briefings.
- Support audits, reviews, and financial compliance activities.
- Coordinate financial actions with units, finance offices, and Wing leadership.
- Maintain accurate financial documentation, records, and funding documentation.
- Assist with budget submissions and financial forecasting.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Active Secret Clearance.
- 4 years of experience in budgeting, finance, or resource management.
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
- Ability to communicate financial information clearly.
